We are currently looking for a Head of Paid Search / Team Lead Media Buying to lead the paid search direction, build a traffic scaling strategy, and become a strong leader for the team.

What you’ll be working on:


  • - Developing and managing the traffic acquisition strategy through Google Ads/Facebook/Yandex Direct/Telcos, etc.
  • - Budget control, profitability analysis, and improving ROAS and other key metrics.
  • - Funnel optimization and lead quality improvement through data analytics.
  • - Competitor analysis, adapting strategies based on market changes.
  • - Identifying and addressing weaknesses in advertising campaigns.
  • - Finding growth points, testing new approaches and strategies.
  • - Collaborating with other departments to maximize the effectiveness of ad campaigns.
  • - Building processes within the team, managing, training, and developing media buyers.

What we expect from you:
